Job summary

Arclin USA LLC, located in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Trademark & Licensing Coordinator for a hybrid work setup. You will support day-to-day administration of the trademark licensing program, manage portfolios, and assist with related marketing initiatives.

Working with Legal, Marketing, and Sales, you’ll ensure licensee compliance, maintain records, and help with contracts, renewals, and onboarding. This role is ideal for an early-career professional pursuing IP and branding operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, legal studies, paralegal studies, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, licensing, IP support, legal administration, marketing operations, brand management, or related field.
• Internship or professional experience supporting contracts, trademarks, licensing, or compliance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of consumer and business-to-business trademark licensing programs.
• Assist with trademark license agreement (TMLA) preparation using templates and processes.
• Maintain licensing records, databases, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Coordinate agreement execution, routing, approvals, signatures, and storage.
• Track renewal dates and milestones; support renewal activities.
• Onboard new licensees and provide access to licensing tools and resources.
• Monitor compliance with trademark license requirements.
• Collect and maintain insurance certificates and other documentation.
• Support royalty administration and reporting.
