Job summary

CCMSI seeks an organized Insurance Licensing Coordinator in Metairie, LA, operating on a hybrid schedule after an onsite training period. You will manage licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory filings across multiple states, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance.

The role supports licensing activities nationwide, requiring strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail. Training is onsite for a month, then hybrid work Tue–Thu onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, compliance, licensing, or regulatory support roles.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven capabilities.
• Knowledge of insurance licensing processes and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process insurance licensing applications and renewals for adjusters, producers, and TPAs.
• Coordinate corporate filings and state registrations.
• Assist with entity formations, annual reports, and related filings.
• Track deadlines and renewal requirements for timely compliance.
• Maintain licensing databases and regulatory reference materials.
• Support responses to Department of Insurance inquiries.
