Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 2.5 years of education and experience after completion of high school in business administration, accounting, office management or related field.
• Trainee option allows hiring with 1.5+ years of relevant education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates and determines eligibility for professional licenses by validating applications for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain confidential oversight of licensing information and records; safeguard materials per PII requirements.
• Communicate effectively with diverse populations in-person, by phone, or online to assess needs and explain policies.
• Provide program guidance, training, and customer service regarding licensing policies and regulations.
• Analyze and reconcile daily licensing transactions to ensure accuracy of deposits and fee allocations.
