Responsibilities

  • Review applications for completeness and eligibility of professional licenses.
  • Maintain confidential licensing records and protect PII per regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with diverse applicants and assess licensing needs.
  • Recommend process improvements and support inspectors with licensing duties.
  • Ensure accurate deposits and fee allocations for daily transactions.
  • Stay current with administrative rules affecting licensing processes.
  • Educate licensees and applicants on licensing policies and procedures.
