The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. This full-time position supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or brand licensing.
• Knowledge of collegiate licensing and fabric types preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with licensors and maintain strong relationships.
• Submit licensed artwork and manage approval processes.
• Coordinate sample needs for trade shows and maintain inventory.
