Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for licensees and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Support deal execution and account management activities.
• Prepare reports and provide information to headquarters and related parties.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments.
• Manage approval processes and related documentation.
• Support coordination of marketing materials and style guides.
• Track samples and artwork and manage progress.
• Analyze licensee needs and assist with issue resolution.
• Organize licensing documents and contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks in licensing and approval processes.
• Collect and analyze information, materials, and samples to support sales activities.
