The role emphasizes organization, multi-license management, and accurate record keeping, with daily use of Asana/Wrike for tracking and Excel/Google Workspace for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, licensing, or retail operations.
• Experience with project or approval management platforms (Asana, Wrike, Mediabox, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Track submissions and approvals across portals, communicating status to sales and licensors.
• Maintain license and contract records, renewal timelines, and distribution restrictions.
• Coordinate sample shipments and organize brand- and license-related documents.
• Support cross-functional teams with agendas, status updates, and trade show prep.
• Provide scheduling and client-facing materials support to the Retail Project Manager.
