Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Licensing Compliance Analyst to support billing, collections, and royalty processing across markets. You will manage overdue invoices, reach out to customers, and coordinate tax certificate workflows while balancing accounts receivable.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounts receivable or accounting, Excel proficiency, and strong communication. The role offers growth in licensing compliance and interaction with Finance and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and time management.
• Experience in global licensing or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for financial terms and compare to royalty statements for compliance.
• Trace financials through a contract's life cycle to identify discrepancies.
• Advise internal teams on entry errors affecting statement processing.
• Advise licensees on resubmitting statements with errors.
• Troubleshoot access issues when licensees cannot access our system.
• Coordinate tax certificate workflows and cash applications.
• Support Sales and Finance during month-end close.
