Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Licensing Renewal Coordinator to ensure state compliance with renewal and reinstatement licensing for resident and non-resident insurance producers and agencies. The role reviews renewal applications and related background documents to determine eligibility under applicable laws and policies.

You will work with Vertafore/Sircon, NIPR, FINRA, and other state departments of insurance, utilizing tools like MyCase and NIPR Attachments Warehouse, and will advise candidates

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a professional environment.
• MS Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Teams).
• High school diploma required.
• LAH/P&C insurance industry experience is highly desired.
• Call center experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Process license renewal and reinstatement applications and supporting documents.
• Review civil, criminal, or administrative background materials for eligibility.
• Coordinate with Vertafore/Sircon, NIPR, FINRA and other state departments of insurance.
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders on renewal/reinstatement questions.
• Maintain renewal/reinstatement client pages and assist with CE extensions; act as back-up receptionist.
