Job summary

The Regulatory Program Specialist supports Florida's Division of Medical Quality Assurance by handling advanced inquiries related to healthcare practitioner licensure, certification, and registration.

This senior-level position within the Customer Contact Center requires independent judgment, strong analytical abilities, and expertise in interpreting laws and regulations to provide technical assistance to applicants, licensees, and departmental staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of call center or customer service experience with demonstrated skill in handling complex or escalated customer inquiries.
• Minimum one year's experience interpreting and applying laws, rules, or regulatory requirements to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to compile, organize and analyze complex data.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complaints.
• Ability to establish and maintain dependable, effective working relationships with others.
