The successful candidate will assist with policy improvements, audits, and reporting to bodies such as NPDB/NCSBN, while coordinating with licensing boards and internal sections

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Florida statutes and DOH rules governing purchasing and contracts.
• Ability to interpret laws, orders, agency rules and administrative procedures acts.
• Experience in conducting audits and producing reports for management.

• Understand and interpret laws, orders, rules and administrative procedures; provide independent analysis for management.
• Support Deputy Agency Clerk and Custodian of Records; assist with policy improvement and procedural changes.
• Perform quality assurance audits and report findings related to NPDB, NCSBN and agency filings.
• Develop and communicate recommendations to improve filing and reporting processes.
• Index and store documents in LEIDS/Axiom Pro, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
