Job summary

Funko, Inc. in Burbank is seeking a senior product development professional to lead the Loungefly accessory pipeline from concept to production. You will drive calendars, mentor teams, and manage licensor approvals to deliver on-brand items on time.

You will collaborate with Design, Licensing, factories and cross-functional partners, guiding technical design, materials, trims, and production feasibility while ensuring cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience translating design intent into technically executable products.
• Strong knowledge of materials, trims, hardware, and production feasibility.
• Experience reviewing samples and giving actionable factory comments.
• Experience working with domestic and international factories and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for ~30 new accessory styles monthly.
• Maintain the Loungefly development calendar and ensure on-time launches.
• Mentor Associate Developers on construction, materials and production feasibility.
• Manage licensor approval workflow from concept to final signoff.
• Deliver detailed, factory-ready tech packs with BOMs and instructions.
• Collaborate with Design, Licensing, Sourcing, and QA to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with Design and art teams to deliver assets on time.
• Review samples and packaging for accuracy and brand alignment.
