Job summary

Qualifications

  • Motivated self-starter with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail across contract compliance, royalty reporting, and licensee communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with licensing management systems and databases.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; proactive licensee inquiries handling.
  • Able to organize and prioritize multiple clients, licensees, and workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract compliance tracking and licensee communications across FLM.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records and requirements.
  • Organize inventory of product samples for licensee requests and applications.
  • Prepare and deliver education materials to help licensees understand licensing processes.
  • Review royalty reports and address discrepancies through communication with licensees.
  • Ensure completion of licensing requirements, including royalty reporting and artwork submissions.
