  • Create a positive and productive partner experience for both clients and existing and prospective licensees by understanding their respective businesses and anticipating their needs.
  • Serve as an accessible external resource for licensees, answering a wide range of questions and supporting them through the full lifecycle of their licensing relationship with FLM.
  • Organize, track, and coordinate inventory of product samples for licensee requests and applications, maintaining clear communication with licensees on receipt and any outstanding information needs.
  • Prepare and deliver education materials and training information to help licensees understand the benefits, requirements, and workings of the licensing system.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
  • Master FLM's proprietary licensee management database to conduct all business transactions between FLM, its clients, and licensees with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review digital artwork submissions from select licensees for contract and trademark compliance as well as client brand standards through the established artwork review workflow process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of FLM's licensing operations.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
  • Review and process royalty reports submitted by licensees, tracking and monitoring receipt of reports and addressing inaccurate submissions through written and verbal communication with licensees.
  • Work with new and existing licensees to ensure completion of all licensing requirements, including royalty reporting, contract execution, insurance submissions, labor code requirements, authorized manufacturer agreements, and digital artwork submissions.
  • Manage contract compliance tracking across the licensee portfolio, ensuring expirations, renewals, and outstanding requirements are surfaced and resolved in a timely manner.
