Job summary

Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Social Services is seeking a Licensing Operations Manager (W4125) at the Home Office to oversee finance, budgeting, facilities, vehicles, public affairs, communications and human resources. This role supervises the operations team and coordinates with division leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate key business operations in finance, budgeting, properties and facilities, vehicles, public affairs, communications and human resources
Supervises and leads the business operations team by evaluating and monitoring performance, assigning tasks and providing supervisory support
Serves as liaison between the Agency Home Office, field offices and other agency divisions
Research, analyze and evaluate program operation effectiveness
Create, monitor, document and improve operational processes
Oversee and supervise Home Office customer service operations (licensing hotline, mail, online complaints)
