Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Licensing Senior Associate to manage all licensing operations across the U.S. You will ensure licenses are approved, optimize workflows, and develop new processes as we expand provider types.

Work cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience to support RDs, Physicians, NPs, and therapists with licensing communications and requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider licensing or related healthcare operations.
• Familiar with licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, therapists.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S.
• Suggest automation and new tools to streamline licensing workflows.
• Develop SOPs for new state/provider licensing and implement them.
• Assist in managing and training the contract licensing team.
• Track licensing metrics and improve reporting across teams.
• Support Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, and other providers with licensing needs.
• Communicate updates and reprioritize work with cross-functional teams.
