ValuTeachers, Inc. is seeking a Licensing, Contracting & Onboarding Specialist to join our Administrative Support team.

This hourly role supports Retirement Specialists and helps new agents launch their businesses with organized processes and reliable communication. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support and onboarding processes.
• Insurance licensing, contracting, or onboarding experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Proactive mindset and ability to build relationships with team members.
• Experience with carriers or financial services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and discretion are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist agents with licensing and contracting processes.
• Coordinate agent appointments with insurance carriers.
• Track licensing requirements and renewals, and contracting statuses.
• Maintain accurate owner/agent records and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Guide onboarding from start to finish and support training.
• Help agents navigate portals and required documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team.
• Manage spreadsheets, databases, files, and internal tracking systems.
• Handle scheduling, emails, calls, and follow-up communication.
