ValuTeachers Inc. is seeking a Licensing, Contracting & Onboarding Specialist to support Retirement Specialists and launch new agents. This hourly role emphasizes organization, communication, and reliable internal processes.

You’ll guide onboarding, handle licensing and contracting tasks, and maintain organized records while collaborating with leadership to ensure timely completion of all requirements. A strong customer-service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensing and contracting for new and existing agents.
• Coordinate agent appointments with insurance carriers and track renewals.
• Maintain accurate agent records and ensure timely paperwork submission.
• Guide agents through onboarding and training platforms, documenting progress.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team.
• Manage spreadsheets, databases, files, and internal tracking systems.
• Schedule communications and prepare reports and materials as needed.
