The role involves data entry, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the Licensing Specialist and team to ensure timely completion of licensing tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with post‑secondary finance or business exposure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; AA in Finance or Business with experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Review contracting applications and appointment requests.
• Submit license and appointment requests in a timely manner.
• Enter requirements into the database and verify accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries about licenses and appointments.
• Notify advisors until licensing requirements are completed.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with the licensing team and carriers.
