Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in financial services or customer service.
• Experience handling licensing, contracting, or product training in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for processing licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review contracting applications and appointment requests, and coordinate product training.
• Submit license and appointment requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
• Input requirements into databases and verify data accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries regarding agent licenses and appointments; escalate when needed.
• Follow up with advisors until licensing requirements are completed and communicated.
