Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff. The role requires effective multi-platform communication and the ability to organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports onboarding, account openings, asset transfers, and client communications. A HS diploma and securities industry exposure are preferred; licenses may be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in securities industry preferred.
• Strong communication across platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client data.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash availability for investment opportunities.
• Prepare reports and inputs for client meetings; maintain CRM records.
