Job summary

Pilot Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Licensing Administrator to support the Licensing team across the multi-state footprint. You will help maintain licenses and permits, monitor renewals, and ensure timely payments and documentation.

You will research licensing requirements, communicate with internal stakeholders and agencies, and assist Licensing Specialists with daily tasks and special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accounting, tax, real estate, compliance, legal support/paralegal, or title/mortgage operations preferred.
• Highly organized; strong attention to detail and time management.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; exercise sound judgment and elevate as needed.
• Prioritize and adapt to changing demands; manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and research support to the Licensing team to maintain licenses and permits across the multi-state footprint.
• Support timely renewals, payments, and compliance documentation.
• Research, monitor, and update state/local licensing requirements impacting store operations and other business activities.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Support Licensing Specialists on daily licensing tasks and special projects, as instructed.
• Perform other tasks, as needed.
