Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in consumer products/licensing.
• General understanding of licensing processes, laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of CP industry and Mattel brands.
• Understanding of licensee objectives and partner relationships.
• Effective negotiation and analytical skills.
• Developing presentation skills and matrixed collaboration.
• In-office presence with flexible hours to support regional business.

Aufgaben

• Serve as point of contact for licensees/categories: account management, line planning, approvals, and financials.
• Coordinate with category managers to obtain contract details; input requests and manage workflow in RightsLogic.
• Collect sell-in sheets and communicate retail placement and projections.
• Support quarterly forecast cycles and troubleshoot RightsLogic uploads with Finance.
• Maintain relationships with licensees and internal/external partners daily.
• Assist cross-functional requests for images and product information with creative and marketing teams.
• Ensure licensee compliance with agreements and prioritize licensee requests.
• Update licensing servers with materials for reference and evaluate global CP categories for opportunities.
