LV Petroleum is seeking a highly organized Licensing Specialist to obtain and maintain licenses across multiple jurisdictions, including state, city, interstate, and environmental licenses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in government licensing, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Experience with lottery licensing is preferred.
• High accuracy in managing licensing applications and records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators.
• Excellent organizational skills for multi-jurisdiction portfolios.
• Familiarity with contracts, loans, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage licensing applications across state, city, interstate, and environmental categories.
• Ensure licensing documents are accurate, complete, and stored per compliance standards.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and track application statuses.
• Maintain detailed records of licensing documents and correspondence.
• Manage licenses related to lottery and gaming operations for regulatory compliance.
• Support licensing efforts with understanding of contract and loan documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance to align licensing with business needs.
