• Document Verification: Check certificates, legal papers, charts, and statements for accuracy and authenticity.
• Data Analysis: Analyze information from multiple state systems to draw conclusions and recommend actions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with applicants, providers, and program offices to resolve questions and gather required information.
• Record Management: Enter licensing data, update records, and organize electronic files according to policy.
• Report Preparation: Prepare reports, summaries, and materials for presentations and meetings.
