Responsibilities

  • Inspection Summaries: Prepare reports that document areas of non-compliance found during visits.
  • Correction Monitoring: Check provider progress on correction plans through visits, calls, and document reviews.
  • License Determination: Assess compliance and recommend the appropriate license type for each provider.
  • Guidance Provision: Explain regulations and offer advice to help providers resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Complaint Investigation: Conduct investigations when complaints are received about provider operations.
