Job summary

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) invites applications for the MS Compliance Officer I position (Requisition 877755). This role provides licensing and compliance guidance to licensed dealers, regional offices, and external partners, and supports administrative tasks including notices, mailings, and invoicing in Ariba.

• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of Florida Statute Chapter 320.
• Associate and/or bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to apply state, federal and DHSMV procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing information and guidance to dealers, regional offices, tax collectors, and external customers.
• Compose and proofread letters, memos, and emails to offices and dealers.
• Review FDLE reports for license eligibility; process Ariba invoices.
• Prepare reports and assist in processing applications and renewals.
