Job summary

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) in Tallahassee is seeking a MS COMPLIANCE OFFICER I to support licensing processes, review dealer eligibility, and manage notices to dealers and manufacturers. This role provides guidance to internal and external customers and works with FRVIS and Ariba.

Applicants should have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Florida statutes (e.g., Chapter 320).

Qualifications

• Requires FRVIS experience and strong customer service.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of Florida statutes and DHSMV operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing information, guidance and assistance to dealers, offices and external partners.
• Prepare and proofread letters, memos and emails; mail notices.
• Review FAR invoices, process in Ariba, and manage public records requests.
