Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Human Services Licensing Representative or equivalent.
• Three years of professional experience in social services or law enforcement with a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalents in experience and training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Direct licensing representatives and guide daily responsibilities.
• Assign and lead inspections for personal care homes and assisted living residences.
• Review, prioritize, and monitor complaint and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement individualized training plans for licensing staff.
• Work with state, federal, and local agencies on licensing-related matters.
• Devise and implement relocation plans for residents when facilities close.
