Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Human Services Licensing Representative or three years of professional experience in a social service or law enforcement program with a bachelor's degree.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training accepted.
• Must reside in or relocate to Central Region of PA as specified.

Responsibilities

• Direct licensing representatives and guide daily responsibilities in the licensing unit.
• Lead and assign inspections for personal care homes and assisted living residences.
• Review, prioritize, and monitor complaint and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement training plans for licensing staff.
• Coordinate with state, federal, and local agencies on licensing matters.
• Devise and implement relocation plans for residents when facilities close.
