Job summary

American Family Insurance seeks a hybrid-eligible Licensing Administrator to maintain producer licenses and renewals across states, coordinate appointments, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with sales leadership, manage timelines, and liaise with state agencies and vendors.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer-focused service, with up to 10% travel and post-hire onboarding at multiple core offices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service.
• Demonstrated administrative experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math and statistical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages and algebra).

Responsibilities

• Maintain producer licensing and renewals in all states for employees in multiple jobs within the organization as needed by state law.
• Coordinate with sales management to acquire and maintain records, coordinate with applicants and state agencies for license acquisition and renewal, fingerprinting, exams and documentation.
• Coordinate producer appointments in states where required using an online platform.
• Track and renew licenses; manage motor club licensing and renewals in multiple states; liaise with vendors.
