Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented licensing and appointments coordinator to maintain producer licenses and renewals across states, coordinate producer appointments, and manage motor club licensing. This hybrid role includes office days and requires strong administrative and Excel skills.

You will work with Sales/Agency Field Support Distribution, ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain producer licensing and renewals in all states for employees as needed by state law.
• Coordinate producer appointments and renewals in required states.
• Manage motor club licensing and renewals; liaison with vendor as applicable.
• Monitor license issuance/expiration dates using the national producer database and ensure compliance.
• Support initial fingerprinting, scheduling examinations, online applications and documentation.

You will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining producer licenses and renewals, coordinating producer appointments and managing motor club licensing and renewals. You will report to Senior Manager of Agency Field Support Distribution.Position Compensation Range:$25.00 - $31.88Pay Rate Type:HourlyCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.Primary AccountabilitiesMaintain producer licensing and renewals in all states for employees in multiple jobs within the organization as needed by state law.Works with sales management to acquire and maintain records, compile information, coordinate with applicants and state agencies to ensure timely and efficient license acquisition and renewal, initial fingerprinting, scheduling of examinations, completing online applications & submitting supplemental documentation as required, monitoring license issuance and expiration dates using the national producer database and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.Coordinate producer appointments in states where required using an online platform. Track and coordinates renewals of same.Manage motor club licensing and renewals in multiple state.
