Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Associate to oversee EDI and Fintech aging reports, manage accounts receivable, and ensure billing accuracy. You will prepare license reports and maintain ERP data to support compliance across business units.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 1–2+ years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This on-site position offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2+ years of related experience.
• Experience overseeing EDI and Fintech aging reports and resolving balances.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EDI and Fintech aging reports and resolve balances for assigned units.
• Manage AR related to EDI and Fintech, including collections and researching payment terms.
• Generate billback/claims invoices and ensure timely supplier billing.
• Prepare and communicate ABC state license reports and update ERP for compliance.
• Respond to EDI and Fintech issues from teammates and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units


• This role manages accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy


• You will generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing


• You will also prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity


• The Licensing and Compliance Associate willrespond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plusyears of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
