Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Associate in Orlando to manage EDI/Fintech aging, AR, and supplier billing. You will prepare state license reports and keep ERP data compliant, while addressing EDI/Fintech queries from internal teams and customers. A related background with licenses and AR processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling accounts receivable and EDI/Fintech processes.
• Knowledge of license reporting and compliance tasks.
• Experience with ERP systems and billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EDI and Fintech aging reports and resolve balances.
• Manage AR related to EDI/Fintech, including collections and payment terms.
• Generate billback/claims invoices and ensure timely supplier billing.
• Prepare and communicate state license reports and update ERP for compliance.
• Respond to EDI and Fintech issues from staff and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
