Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an administrative professional to manage daily group inboxes, run register processes for multiple facilities, and oversee invoicing with local leadership. You will generate facility reports and correct prior day invoice errors while supporting ongoing operations and special projects.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with 1–2 years of related experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, reflecting our commitment to growth and professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor group inbox daily and respond to inquiries; follow up on action items.
• Run register process for each RBD facility; coordinate with local leadership to ensure posted invoices in VIP.
• Run invoicing process for each RBD facility; coordinate with leadership and logistics analysts for timely invoicing.
• Run reports for each facility (inventory, variances, etc.).
• Correct invoice errors from prior day.
• Support operations as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
• Run register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
• Run invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
• Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
• Correct invoice errors from prior day
• Support operations as needed
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
