Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to manage cash reconciliation, month‑end close, and fixed assets records in a timely, accurate manner. The role supports A/R/A/P processes and intercompany accounting while preparing rebates filings and balance sheet schedules.

The candidate will contribute to the annual audit process and balance sheet reporting, with flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or HS diploma with 5+ years).
• Experience with cash reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience with A/R, A/P, and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements daily.
• Prepare miscellaneous month-end financial schedules and reports.
• Maintain Fixed Assets records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits.
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions.
• Prepare monthly filings for rebates and reconcile intercompany charges.
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings and travel.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
• Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
