Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of licensing experience or six years of general full-time work experience; or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience substitution: 30 semester hours equals one year of experience; max 120 semester hours substitutes for four years.

Responsibilities

• Process licenses and renewals, review documents, and ensure compliance with Practice Acts, Rules, Regulations, and State Statutes.
• Learn and apply licensure and renewal processes for all regulated practitioners.
• Interact with licensees, applicants, and others via phone, email, or in person; verify data for eligibility and qualifications.
• Conduct pre-licensure investigations and schedule interviews with Board members; handle security clearance data.
