You will lead operational excellence, drive revenue performance, and manage relationships with licensees while coordinating with field operations and support teams to ensure superior service and compliance.

The role focuses on growth, onboarding new licensee partners, and aligning with company processes to expand footprint across North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage a focused portfolio of North American licensees as the primary ops contact.
• Improve licensee operational and revenue performance across the portfolio.
• Drive growth and onboarding of new licensee operators.
• Support openings/closures of locations across North America per processes.
• Conduct regular calls and on-site visits to maintain relationships.
• Communicate performance trends and risks to leadership.
