Adventist Health Ukiah Valley in Ukiah, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Surgery department for a full-time, 10-hour shift. You will provide nursing care under supervision of an RN or MD and coordinate patient care.

- LVN licensure in the state of practice (CA) is required or as stated.
- BLS Health Care Provider certification is required.
- Arrhythmia certification is preferred.
- Current LPN license is required.

- Performs admission assessments and ongoing re-assessments per policy.
- Implements and coordinates plan of care and patient teaching.
