Job summary

The position requires LVN licensure, BLS certification, and may prefer arrhythmia certification. You will join a dedicated team delivering compassionate care and participating in ongoing nursing education and patient discharge planning.

Qualifications

• LVN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Arrhythmia certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care for assigned patients under the supervision of an Registered Nurse (RN) or MD.
• Performs admission assessments and contributes to a prioritized interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Implements and coordinates plan of care and teaches patient and discharge planning.
• Performs clinical procedures (phlebotomy, injections, drug screens) and administers medications.
• Orders/restocks supplies and maintains clean, organized work areas.
