Fundamental is hiring full time and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. Shifts are 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, and PRN. You will provide compassionate patient care under supervision, document observations, and collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure quality care.

Qualified candidates are licensed LPNs in good standing with the state; 1+ year LTC experience preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is offered for full-time employees.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
