Qualifications:

• Current CA license in good standing
• New grads welcome!
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Outstanding communication skills
• Positive, professional, and calm demeanor in all work-related situations

Responsibilities:

• Observe, report, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications as per physician orders
• Take and record temperatures, respiration, and pulse
• Set up treatment trays and prepare instruments/equipment as needed
• Maintain knowledge of assigned patients’ conditions
• Review reports from previous shifts to identify changes and assign duties accordingly
• Ensure accurate handover reports to oncoming staff
• Notify the Director of Nursing Services (DON) or Administrator of any changes or issues
