- Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and physician according to established procedures, protocols, and standards.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of patients, while adhering to legal, organizational, and medical protocols.
- Manage and administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
- Educate patients and their families on appropriate home health care strategies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other nursing staff to create a comprehensive care plan for each patient.
- Assess, observe, and speak to patients to evaluate their symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Document all interactions and patient care actions in an accurate, timely manner.
- Participate in professional development and training activities to improve skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control measures.
- Provide emotional support and compassion to patients during tough periods.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes.
- Report the patient's condition and any treatment or care plans to the appointed healthcare professionals.
- Handle patient emergencies adeptly using timely assessment and intervention skills.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Region of service is within a 30 miles radius of Mission Valley
- Active California LVN License required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

- Strong understanding of health care laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive and confidential patient information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-level patient care.
