Job summary

Ascension Living in Waco, TX, is seeking an LPN for our Providence Village skilled nursing facility. The role is days, full-time, in the Providence Village unit, with a sign-on bonus of 5,000 USD.

You will provide hands-on nursing care, monitor residents, administer medications, and report changes to RNs while building trusting relationships with residents and families. Minimum requirements include a valid LPN license and BLS certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license required.
• HS diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant experience accepted.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
