Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking an LPN/LVN for night PRN shifts at the Memory Care unit in Signal Mountain, TN. You will administer medications, assist with treatments, and perform routine assessments under RN supervision.

You will monitor residents, report changes promptly, and contribute to a safe, compassionate environment. This role supports ongoing resident relationships and high-quality care in a long-term setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable experience.
• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) required before hire date.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.


• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
