Job summary

Ascension Living in Waco, TX is seeking an LPN/LVN for Providence Village, a skilled nursing facility, to provide direct nursing care and manage medications in a full-time daytime schedule.

You will monitor resident conditions, report changes to RNs, and support residents and families with compassionate, consistent care. A valid LPN/LVN license and BLS are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent or one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in delivering hands-on nursing care and administering medications.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
