Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking an LVN to provide in-home nursing care across Conroe, TX. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and the autonomy to manage your day-to-day visits with patients in their homes.

You will follow the care plan, perform assessments, administer medications, educate families, and document care accurately. Strong communication with the care team is essential for quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities
