Job summary

Varco Home Health in Royse City, TX seeks a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care. You’ll work on a self-managed schedule, delivering skilled visits to patients in their homes and supporting independence and quality of life.

You’ll perform vital signs, med administration, wound, and catheter care, while collaborating with the RN Case Manager and care team. Transportation and a valid TX license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
