Job summary

Visionworks in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Retail Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the General Manager's absence. This role models the Visionworks way and supports financial goals by delivering a simple, human, and bold patient and customer journey.

You will coach and develop associates, coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services, and drive sales while ensuring outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• State Opticians License required.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and hit sales targets.
• Model patient journey and supervise exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Resolve obstacles in patient experience with General Manager.
• Execute operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
