Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Retail Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Massachusetts to lead the store in the General Manager's absence and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional patient journey.

The role requires a State Opticians License, 1–5 years of supervisory experience, and a HS Diploma or GED. The team focuses on coaching associates and delivering a simple, human, and bold patient experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Have/maintain a State Opticians License

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's profitability by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Model and oversee the patient/customer journey on the exam lane and sales floor; supervise associates.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and support associates to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Resolve issues in patient/customer experiences in partnership with the General Manager.
• Execute operational tasks to meet store financial and customer service goals.
